I like how you refer to your offspring as spawn ^^^

To the OP:
Obviously your handling will change from 19's to 20's, not necessarily for the better, but to each their own.

I think 19's look perfect, but theres some who disagree.

For daily driver applications I think 19's are pure awesome.

Yeah 19" wheels are a good size, but there aren't many wheels out there in that size that i like on a stang.

19s would be better if tires were 300 each for some nice ones lol

20 inch wheels and tires are the way to go. With the 18s, you have to much tire, 19s are ok(shelby gt500 wheels and tire combo for the coupe=awesome), and low profile tires on a 20inch wheel is just nasty. You have better grip, and smoother turns. What more can you ask for.

If you insist on 19+ inch wheels at least spend the money on some (relatively) lightweight ones. So many of them are huge heavy 26+ pound boat anchors.

My 18x9.5 are 18.6 lb. each.

The tires weigh more than the wheels by far.

Yeah i just talked to crusin concepts, they tell me the 18" CS69 wheels i was looking at ar right out 30 pounds each, and those CS40 20" wheels are over 30 pounds. I have also been eyeing those Steeda black and machined ultralights. i like the style, but i can;t find a pic of a 2010 in ultralites anywhere. Anyone seen one they can link me to. plus crusin wants $2100 for them with nt05's on them and don't give free shipping. I'll stick with AM and their free shipping and forum discount.

Yeah, I am wondering what the stock 19" premium wheels weigh each.

Just for some comparison purposes.

The stock silver satin 17x8 bullitts are 23lbs. each.
18x10 deep dish bullitts (black) are 26lbs. each.

Getting under 20 in an 18 - you're doing good. Not sure about 20s but I would guess if you can keep it to less than 26 that isn't bad either.
