Wow. So was the rim bent during shipping (the box get trashed) or was this prior to shipping? I'd raise HELL to CC. I thought about going to CC when I bought my rims, but they have been pretty unresponsive in the vendor area..

If it was shipping, I'd file a claim with who ever shipped em.. If it was CC, I'd be professional/polite and work through it. If they don't respond, raise hell...

I think every freakin thing is made in China these days....

Nearly every company is global. Hell, with our small business, we have no employees and have shipped worldwide.

It's a no brainer dude, send them back.

If CC won't take them back due to damage in shipping, send them back VIA FedEx with a signature request. Then file a claim with your credit card company and dispute the charges of the wheels.

Wheels are one thing I'd never order online. Tooooooo many people have had problems on this site with online wheel ordering. From shipping damage to wheels that never balance. Unless you live in BFE its worth a drive to the nearest metro area to find a dealer/retailer that has what you want.

I'm loving the pro-USA attitude. Though the other posters are right -- about everything these days are made by some poor 6 year old Chinese kid in a sweatshop on the outskirts of Beijing.

My opinion: If the damage cannot be seen once mounted, and they can be balanced correctly, install them and move on . . . lesson learned.

If you can see the damage when installed or they can't be balanced, send them back at all costs.

That what I wound up doing. Cruizen Concepts was top noych and was willing to come pick the damaged wheel up and send a new one once UPS claim was done. Didn't feel like waiting any longer so I just had them installed. Lesson learned but they look GREAT!
