Removing Rear Bumper

Removing Rear Bumper
My body shop has sucked putting my rear bumper back on after some scrapped the rear... So I have decided I need to do it myself. I was wonder the steps for removing the rear bumper or if there was any picture by picture directions out there that I missed? Basically what happens when it gets hot the two top corners of the bumper kind of stick out, but when its cool they are perfectly aligned.

Wow I feel like an idiot because I look at that website once a week deciding if I want to get the roush rear valance...
Does anyone else notice when it gets hot the upper tabs on the bumper start to pop out?

yes on the sides right by the tail lights. It looks retarted when it happens lmaoo I walked out to my car on a hot day and was like wtf, is my bumper falling off the car? haha. but its just the plastic expanding.

Not on my rear...But my front passenger side, where the bumper cover meets the fender it pops out. (you can actually see it in my sig...) Getting annoying lol. Either way I'm going with the Roush rear valance myself in a month or so. Just looks a whole lot better to me...

yeah its really annoying i wish there was something we could do... but it doesn't seem like there is much other than to line it up perfectly when its a normal temp and when its hot we live with it

Hmm..I may try a small sheet metal screw through it from the underside. I'm worried about the paint rubbing every time I pop it back into place so I gotta find some way to make it stay. I thought about a small piece of 3m tape but figured when it got hot it would likely pull apart anyways and may end up with some nasty adhesive melting out. So that screw sounds like a better idea.
