of course those look like 20's...the RTR's are 19's.....that being said, there are i think two companies that make wheels that look very close....TSW maybe?
Someone correct me if i'm wrong

Those are not RTR's, RTR's have that RTR logo on the center cap, those look to have a musetang tri-bar center cap emblem.

FYI I purchased a chin spoiler from stillen part#KB41522 this week that looks exactly like that for $163*due to a black friday discount* it should be here either tomorrow or monday. I to shall post some pics and a brief install write up if I get the chance. Since my new stang is race red and I've allready got the cdc side splitters I think this chin in the black urethane should really finish the look. I may ad the set of apr splitter rods I have laying around that combined with the headlight splitters&custom foglights should be pretty unique looking.
I also just finished adding my custom flowmaster 40 series mid muffler setup with 4" polished magnaflow tips, I'll try to post a sound clip up on youtube of that as well.
Regardless its nice to see someone finally putting out a chin for our v6's I wonder how long until the RTR version is out? I had originally heard fall then I emailed RTR and was told sometime in jan-feb of 2011

Does the "chin spoiler" attach using existing holes in the front bumper?
