I have 25mm spacers on my OEM rims (+50) making it a 19x8.5 +25 offset. It's pretty flush, but could probably go another 3-5mm with the right tires.

I've always used this website as a guide to figure out approximate offsets.

that looks like a good offset setup. have any rear shots? and ive been looking at 10.5in wide wheels would they go inside the fender around the inner part of the wheel well or would they stick way out. i havnt seen anyone with concave wheels that are 10.5in with low offsets yet, people keep it pretty conservative(sp) ive noticed. i come from a 350z and they can easily fit a 19x10.5+12 in wheel in the back. thats why im asking. i just thought that maybe since its a muscle car ford would have made it that you could have more rubber back there thats all.

its just how its setup.

you can fit 315s out back no problem... thats a pretty good amount of rubber.

Regards,
looks good, but +25 front is not gonna sit the same in the rear.

Sorry for the late response, my subscription notification wasn't working for some reason.

Technically, 19x8.5 w/ +25mm offset is spaced pretty close to a 18x10 +40mm offset that most wheel manufacturers use for late model S197s. That's one of the basis I used to calculate what size spacer to use.

I'm sure I'm biased, but I think it looks pretty good on both ends. Unless of course I'm missing something? (Love your photo album BTW Digital_Synapse, sharp looking car. )

maverick302 your car looks wayyyyyy better with the wheel spacers imo heck you could have easily gone with 30-35mm spacers but the semi-flush look is way better then the recessed look just my .02c

Thanks 3.73, I was thinking of getting 30mm but decided to error on the side of caution. With wider tires, it should look even more flush. Too bad GT/CS only came with 400 treadwear all seasons, it's going to be a while before I'll need to change them.

Your car looks great with those spacers. I've considered the same thing for my GT/CS. How much of your studs did you have to cut off?
