yes I have the hi/low kit. I ordered the hi/low bulbs, ballasts and wiring harness. Nothing else is needed yet. I may be splitting them later to add fogs, but havent decided yet

Had the high/low kit on my 04 Cobra from DDM. The highs weren't much different than the lows. BUT, I went with the cheap, larger ballast. Maybe the slim-line models are better?

I'm up north by Toledo, don't see many stangs around

btw, if you don't have much room under the hood id suggest slim ballasts, I could barely get my reg ballasts to fit nice

Yea same, I'm using te regular ballasts and they were a PITA to hide. I plan on redoing it though soon. I'm buying a set for a few other cars and I'm going to buy the slim ballasts and use them on my mustang, while using the regular ones I have right now on the fusion

i have heard a few bad things about DDM. Bad ballast, bulbs burn out, broken wire harness. I go with VVME.com. Great prices, customer service, good products, and they last a long time.
