Default CDC decklid trim panel and Eleanor scoops

Received the CDC rear decklid panel and Eleanor scoops today. The install couldn't have been easier. The faux gas cap popped right off (it was hot as **** today). Just snapped a couple cell phone pics. Anyone thinking of picking either item up, I'd recommend it, paint match was perfect on the scoops as well. If I had it to do again I would have painted the backside of the scoops black, as they are left unpainted from AM. I'm having the windows tinted shortly so I will just have those little rear quarter windows tinted completely black.

Lol yeah I just grabbed some quick cell phone pics right after I threw them on. I need to install the one touch turn signal kit tomorrow and I'm making an install guide for AM so ill be stealing the wifes good camera for that. My driveway is real narrow so ill stop in a lot or something tomorrow and get some real pictures up.

I'll post some up with a real camera tomorrow afternoon. I really like the look of the scoops. They are fairly large if you do plan on getting them, I hopped in to move the car after they were installed and they stick out far enough to see in the side mirrors. I'll get some photos to really show their size in context. I chose not to install the optional "grilles" (read: chicken wire). I did attempt to at first but they weren't looking perfect so I yanked them out, figuring it would look better without them than with them half assed inside the scoop. Also, like I said, the color match with my Kona was perfect. Very happy with both products!

I think it came out great and it looks better without the chicken wire crap IMO.

Started to take some pics and the batteries in the camera died and it then started to rain, so I didn't really get any spectacular shots. Not to mention the car is filthy. Oh well, you can see the size of the scoops and all that. Looks like the driver side scoop started to come off in that close up, I pressed it back and it hasn't come off again so we will see if I need to yank it off and re apply it.

Every time I see your name I think it says Mandingo lol sorry.

I installed the one touch turn signals yesterday and it was pretty straight forward, nice and convenient. Put in the Roush shift **** today and I like the **** but I am not very impressed with the boot, which is of no better quality than the stock boot and kind of ended up wrinkled. I'm trying to fix it, and there are loose strings which are visible in the pics which I can just burn off. I was just expecting a little more from Roush.
