Default Powder Coating Question

I was planning on getting my stock wheels powder coated to look like the mca edition wheels.

Here's what they look like now.

I want them to look like this

I called a powder coating service today, and they said it'd be about 30 per wheel plus and extra 100 for gray (Probably extra if it's not the gray they have).

They also said that it couldn't have a clear coat and the rims couldn't be cast aluminum.

My question is are the rims cast aluminum? I also think they have a clear coat on them, so how would you remove it? Has anybody had any experiences with powder coating to this color?

typically powdercoaters will sandblast your existing finish, then they powdercoat the new color on there. at 30 per wheel, it doesnt sound like they are sand blasting. the 100$ extra for a different color is BS - I've powdercoated a lot of wheels and even the high end powders cost me about 50$ to have enough to do all four wheels.
