fitment question
mines an 11 as well so shouldnt be a problem there, and from what i kno 255/40/19 are what comes factory with brembo package rims, i also got rid of the rotor retaining clips so thats not the problem either, i cant figure out why its rubbing

A couple things to check.
1. Are you on the stock suspension or lowered? Looking at your pic, which looks awesome by the way, it looks lowered.
2. If you're lowered, have you had an alignment? If you haven't you should consider it. If you're lowered you're going to have negative camber in the front which could be a problem if you're lower than an inch without camber bolts or adjustable top mounts. You could be rubbing up top on the strut mount. Also your toe will likely be off. That could create a problem when the wheel is fully locked from one side to the other. This can easily be adjusted with your alignment and set to neutral.
I'm running the same wheel setup on mine. I have the silver Brembo wheels and the Black FRPP wheels. My alignment has been set to -1.5 degrees camber and neutral on the toe. I'm riding on Steeda Sport lowering springs and Koni STR.T's and have no issues with my setup.

Isn't that a lot of negative camber? I thought -0.75 degrees was the target +/- 0.75 meaning you're at the negative limit??

-1.25 to -1.5 degrees is an ideal aggressive street setup and at the top end of Ford's suggested threshold.
Any more than that and you're going to be a bit too aggressive for the street. I believe with my drop of 1" I came in at -1.4 degrees on both sides. I didn't want to run camber bolts or plates. It's a very responsive setup.
The -1.5 degrees negative camber is not going to kill you're tires like having your toe misaligned. That'll chew through a good set of tires in no time. With this setting if you rotate every 5k miles you even the wear out when they get moved to the back. I'm pretty surprised how well even my Pirelli P-Zero summer tires are holding up. I'm at about 12k miles on them and have about 60% of the tread remaining.
I love the STR.T's. They are not harsh at all and the back end of the car is always planted through the turns. The back on the stock suspension always felt to me like it was hopping and skipping over bumps. It felt kind of sloppy.
