I would probably get the same colored stripes for mine but I have a glass roof so it would look odd without stripes up there.
As a fellow glass roofer, I hear where you are coming from. There are some types that are quite transparent on glass. Going without just on the roof doesn't necessarily go against good looks, or tradition.

Thanks to everyone for the comments. Alan I am from just south of Asheboro in a small town called Westmoore. I am looking for a few cruises to participate in. Where in NC are you?

Actually vinyl. I took them to a shop to have them applied. They did a pretty great job if I say so myself. It is amazing how some stripes change the look.

I am just above Hickory, in Granite Falls. Keep a watch on the NC section, we are trying to get more active with GTG's, cruises, etc. We are trying to plan a GTG in Winston soon. Hope to meet you one of these days.

I'm on my cell phone so I'm not sure how much it affects the quality of the pic but damn they look pretty glossy. Where'd you get the stripes? I plan on striping mine some time in the future.

I will try to find out for you. I want to say they are 3M? There is some type of premium film by 3M if my memory serves me correctly. I wanted to get the best available considering the use. Some things you just don't want to skimp on. I took it to a sign shop and they ordered and applied the film for me.

Same to you! I will stay posted and let me know if you get anything lined up. Looking forward to Mustang Week next year at Myrtle.

Very nice! How much was it all together? And do you have pics of the rear? They are 10" right?
