Default decklid spoiler

I am thinking about replacing my spoiler. Has anyone done this yet?

I got the DG Custom GT 500 Rear Spoiler from Stage3Motorsports.

I like it, it looks.....well....GT 500ish!
It works well, the car is noticeably more stable at highway speeds.

Glad to hear others are changing their stangs to make them their own. I think I will be contacting dealer here soon to get mine ordered and installed. Nice to see others doing things different. Makes it more fun looking and talking to others about our cars.

+1 on the 3D carbon spoiler. Have one as well. When I get off of double shifts I'll post some pics in the "show off" thread. Have done several new mods as well.

Today I say the exact same spoiler that the dealer has for $335 not painted at the spoiler store for $99 painted. Are spoilers tricky to put on? Is the spoiler store a good place to buy from?

Not hard to install. You do need a bit of mechanical ability and a lot of courage.... to drill into your car. Each kit comes with a template for installation. Follow it and you can not go wrong.

I just ordered a Grabber Blue 2011 MCA Edition as a replacement for my wife's 2006 V6, which we're giving to our son. My wife really fell in love with the looks of a Grabber Blue 2011 GT/CS, so she wants the pedestal spoiler added to her 2011 MCA. I will be installing the pedestal spoiler and GT/CS lower valance as soon as we take delivery. I've arranged with the dealer to get employee pricing on the needed parts and paintwork. I've installed a GT500 spoiler on two S197s, including my 2008 Shelby GT, so I have lots of experience, LOL. We hope the new stang will arrive in Dec., so pixs won't come too soon. But I will include before and after shots.
