question for am chris
i been waiting for another intake or two to hit the market before i order your cai + tune deal.
in the tune + c&l test , the results from the intake were not so impressive.
i know this could be due to the lack of exhaust (headers, bigger piping and after market mufflers) if you change one thing you have to mod another thats usually how it works.
at this point i been planning on keeping the stock exhaust (this is subject to change at any time) and i know its a little restrictive , so if i get a tune and cai , will the cai be worth less than a drop in k&n for me ? i don't really plan on going to the race track , but i would race from a roll from time to time. i will be running the 87 performance tune for sure.
the one thing i do know , is that at high rpm's the engine is gonna want more air.
what do you recommend?
