Default Power Steering Issue

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct area or not, so please move to the correct one if there is somewhere else this should be. Sorry!

I have a 2013 Ford Mustang Convertible that is having Power Steering issues. Apparently this model uses an Electric Power Steering system, and it's making me wish I never bought it....

Issue: When I am pulling into parking spaces or turning at a low speed in general, the steering wheel is tightening up and I hear grinding noises coming from under the hood. The tightening gets worse over time, and has even caused my car to stall out and not turn back on for a short period of time. As of today, it has not stalled since being "fixed" previously, but the tightening is getting worse. The issue just started back up 4 days ago.

This issue started back in March of this year. I took the car to the shop and they "fixed" the issue by replacing part number DR3Z3504AE (Gear Asy, Steering), reprogramming/flashing of computers and modules, and doing a computerized wheel alignment. Two weeks later, my car starts having the SAME problems so I take it back in. This time they replace the Alternator (BR3Z10346A) and the battery. The issue went away for 3 months, and now it's doing the SAME EXACT THING again. Has anyone had this issue, or does anyone know what the issue could be? I'm going to take the car in again, but I'm starting to think that even the place I've taken it to has no idea what the problem is, but they are collecting money from my warranty company fixing random stuff....
