Default fox 408w main girdle?

anyone think a main girdle is necessary for a 2 bolt main 351 w roller with around 500-600hp?

if so what oil pan do you use to fit a fox?

you need the 351w swap pan, moroso sells one i believe, i always recomend the main girdles on any performance oriented engine, better safe then sorry

Yes For that HP (What I will be running) I would personally run a main girdle. but one that fits over the main caps without machining! I personally dont believe in machining th maps (Weakening them) to fit a girdle! But Yes Iwill be using one!

so far i got an eagle crank and rods, srp forged pistons, and with 58cc heads it will be 10.5:1 c/r. i got a fidanza flywheel and clutch, new harmonic balancer, and all that is balanced with the rotating assembly, plan on using afr 205 heads and a custom cam. other than that im still picking things out, i just got all this stuff back from the machine shop on monday so its still early in the project.
and it will be going into a fox
