I would deff. say that efi is efficient fuel injection

I am sure you ment mpg now mph

Maybe a little in favor of efi but you have to figure with big displacement you need alot of fuel so your flow rates are going to bepretty much the sameammounts with carb and efi. Efifrom myunderstanding allows moreefficent atomization of the fuel air mix which could help combustion, but then you have to deal with aftermarket computers. Also from what I have seen fords can take alot of fuel and benifit from it. same carb thats on my 408 made my friends 351w with victor jr.heads and 11.1 compression run better at its top end of 6500 rpms. My 408 would probably have ran better up around7k with a 1050 on it.
