Default 351 build

Ok, heres what I've go so far.
351 roller block
stock crank
forged I beams
forged pistons (not sure which ones yet)
RHS 200cc heads
vic jr intake
plan on getting proform race car (any suggestions on what size? motor will stay 351-7 and will probably be spun 6500 maybe a little higher depending on cam)
Lunati nitrous cam- not sure what lift yet the maching shop and i are still working that out
I'm thinking about getting valley and main girdles, are these going to be helpful or a waste of my money?
AJE tublar K member and manual steering rack
C4 tranny with manual valve body, stall is still being decided b/c cam isnt selected
373 gears
31 spline axles
electric fuel pump from a fuel cell

I plan on getting the vic jr drilled and trapped for a pro fogger kit and running a 200 ish shot give or take 50

What do you guys think, all input is welcome

Ok, heres what I've go so far.
351 roller block
stock crank *be sure to have it all balanced especially with the rpms*
forged I beams
forged pistons (not sure which ones yet)
RHS 200cc heads * RHS is alright but i perfer different brands b/c of the results i have seen*
vic jr intake *port it if money allows*
plan on getting proform race car (any suggestions on what size? motor will stay 351-7 and will probably be spun 6500 maybe a little higher depending on cam) *check out pro-system carbs i hear patrick does awesome work*
Lunati nitrous cam- not sure what lift yet the maching shop and i are still working that out * i ran a lunati nitrous cam in my old 347 stroker nice cam pulled hard from 3-65 If i remember right it was the LUN-51018LUN*
I'm thinking about getting valley and main girdles, are these going to be helpful or a waste of my money? * main girdles help with main stability at higher rpms. valley girdles are junk *

so an update:
went down to the machine shop today and we figured out that:
Piston is going to be a forged 30 over speed pro flat top should put compression at 9.98:1 with a 64 cc head
RHS 215cc heads
custom ground nitrous cam

and the guy is short on help so i might get a job helping the guy with machine work which would be a good learning exp for me

its actually a custom cam grinder that the guy at the machine shop knows he said he completely stopped going to comp b/c the cams this guy grinds generally pull about 50 more hp so it will be interesting to see what he comes up with
the specs he is using are
2800# car
3000 to 3500 stall
auto
nitrous
6.8-7k rpms
and maybe one other thing but i cant remember right off hand
