Default Car Acting Up HELP :D

Hey guys, aight i went out tonight to show off a little. While doing so i believe ive either messed up the timing, screwed up the carb in some way, or something along those lines. Anyways being new to carbed motors im not sure where to start. But here are the symptoms, power is reduced a little, car shudders under acceleration which is the main thing going on. I cleaned off all the plugs and it did seem to help a little but did not cure the problem. What would you guys check out first, im trying to look into where the timing is suppose to be set but im not sure with all the mods this car has. Let me know guys thanks

Also wanted to add that i pulled the plugs right after a hard drive and the front right plug was covered in gas but all the rest looks just fine...

This morning i took the wire and hooked up a plug to it and watched it spark as i turned it over so i think that at least rules out the wire...

I havent checked the compression yet but i did talk to a local who knows his **** about mustangs and he told me it sounds like a floated a valve. It is making a clacking noise while under acceleratoin, and vibrating like i mentioned above. Could this be why there is so much gas on that plug?
