im starting to build a 351w going in a 84 fox body. im trying to find out which stroker to get. its going to b a street car but i want lots of torque and power and if anyone is willing to share a proven setup i would greatly appreciate it lots..

Current 393, 408, and 418's have about the same strength and reliability. If you're actually going to race it on a regular basis, the 408 is probably a smidgen better. Otherwise, go for the cubes.

 

I'm building a 408, but hear 418 is free hp.

from what i hear and it swayed me that direction the 408 is the way to go more relieable and more consistant .

 

^^^it all depends on the build and whos building it also......

 

more cubes will always make more power with the PROPER AIR to feed it
