Yeah but depending on the 351 you wont be able to hook up ac and other things i tried with a 1979 351w in my 95 and the acessorys couldnt bolt up so i pulled the 351w back out and im stuck with the engine and tranny and you can keep it efi everything else bolts up except the accessorys but clearance wasnt a problem for me with the stock hood

If the 351w was installed in a 94-95 you use 94-95 brackets. They bolt right up. 79-93 Mustangs, if you use the stock front accessories you have to by a swap bracket from FRPP. 94-95 brackets bolt to the cylinder head, thats why there is no issue when swapping them.

Yeah but how do you bolt up the accessorys from a v belt to 6 rib thats the problem i ran into unless you can change all pulleys but i couldnt find all the stuff to do it also for the computer do you have to switch the comp or with the 5.0 computer run fine with the 351 w in it(is programming required)?

Programming the stock ecu shouldn't be required... but I would recommend it...

I cleared the stock hood in my 90GT with Energy Suspension motor mounts, and trimming my upper intake about .700". I used a Lightning lower and comp cams box upper intake.
There was still a very slight run on the insulation mat from the breather tube that comes off the top of the TB.

You have to change all the pullies and the front cover and waterpump. Doing these swaps that is a corner you can't cut.
