I am building a 351W bored .30 over so a 357

I havent bought any of the parts other than intake.

What do you guys think:

357 Roller Engine
Trickflow Twisted Wedge 205
Custom Cam in the 224*duration, .525" lift area
All forged internals
Edelbrock Victor Jr Intake
Holley 750 DP

Only thing I cant decide on is the exact pistons. I want to be around 9.5 to 1 -9.8 to 1 compression ratio.

 

You need a Flat top with twisted wedge style valve reliefs. With a flat top you may come in at just over 10.2 to 1 but with aluminum heads you will be ok. I think its going to like more lift too. The 205 twisted wedges are a nice choice.

Thanks. I was leaning towards flat tops of the Keith black variety. I will just tell the cam guy what i have and let them recommend what i should go with.
