Default nitrous question again

hey i couldnt find my last post so i'll ask again...
I think it was scrming who said that something might get stuck open with a nitrous setup and i was wondering what the chances of that happening really are?

the selenoid (which is the trigger that tells your nitrous "GO") if it sticks youll find it hard to stop or nothing will happen when you let off the gas, youll redline, and if your revlimiter doesnt stop it at 6800 i believe, your motor will detonate at 7500rpm lol

its a lot to chew.. but there are alot of safeties out there for stuff like that

thats actually not what will happen if the solenoid sticks... your engine will not keep revving with your throttle plate closed (off the gas pedal)... what will likely happen is your A/F will become EXTREMELY lean and you will detonate... but other things can happen... that is just the likely scenario...

the solenoid is what the N20 actually must travel through to get to your intake... there is a valve that electronically opens when triggered and lets the N20 pass through into your intake...

the likelyhood, especially with the NX "iceman" solenoids... very low... but not impossible...
