ya i dunno how a chamber muffler would pass and a straight through muffler would not
i thought emmisions were just about what is comming out of the muffler not how it comes out

i dunno, i just remember having a straight through on once, and when i went to get it inspected, they failed it, cuz they said it didnt effectively muffle the sound, which i still think was BS, but then again i was 16 and had a glasspack on a saturn [:'(]
