Default Performance Guide

I made a little guide for stages of upgrades. I will also be posting a drivetrain one too that is why mainly only engine parts are listed here with the exception of Stage 2. This is just a brief overview.

Performance Upgrades - 2005 Ford Mustang 4.0L

Stage 1

Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
SCT XCal II
C&L Intake
MRT Aero-Turbine Axle Back
MAC Prochamber Off-Road Pipe
MAC Long Tube Headers

Stage 2

Positive Traction - T-Lok
3.73 Gears

Stage 3

Vortech Supercharger Kit with Boost Gauge
PHP Alternator Pulley
Throttle Body
Custom Tune

Stage 4

High Boost Pulley
Methanol Injection
Custom Tune

**Remember to always make sure to get tune-ups and also if you have alot of power to the ground make sure you have the brakes to stop it**a

The big reason I put it as #1 is because it is a free mod and only I believe on applicable to the 2005 models. Basically they have a heated throttle body so that it doesn't freeze in the winter. The trick should allow the throttle body to run at a cooler temperature, which means a little more power. If you need the link PM me or John (scrming)

you do NOT want a UDP if you are going SC... a ASP will SLOW DOWN your blower... not good! LOL! You could do a PHP Alt Pulley and get close to the same gains without slowing down the SC...

Thanks John I wanted to put the alternator pulley on there instead, but forgot who made it. I'm editing it now. Thanks!

No, it's just pretty much moving a hose and that's really about all to be honest. It's fairly simple.
