Who puts out the best supercharger right now? I've been looking at Procharger but I've read about them having seal problems. Who makes the safest model? I'd rather pay mor and have peice of mind than go for the cheaper model.

I don't know what you mean by safe but Vortec, Saleen, Roush are what I would call safe power levels. If you wantpin you to your seat capablitiy, Whipple or Kenne Bell all the way. Any one of these superchargers are of good quality.

For the V6, your options for SC's are as follows....

-Xcharger
-Procharger
-Vortech
-Paxton

All of them are very reliable, and quality is more on the installer than it is on the vendor. Safe is all about the tune, a conservative tune and low or moderate boost will give you many happy years with your boosted V6.
