Which CAI do you prefer?
I've been thinking about getting a CAI for some time now and was wondering which ones you guys have/like... I have been thinking about either a K&N or Steeda (which is what I'm leaning toward, I've been a fan of the company for a long time and live about 1 min away from their headquarters in Pompano.) I was also thinking about a Roush one if I wanted to spend a little more. Oh and i'm sticking to a non-tune... mostly because I have no money. Oh and one more thing, will a CAI do anything to my fac. warrenty from ford?

Ok, forum search would have answered all those questions except which CAI to get because they're all opinionated.
First answer: You will NOT void your vehicle warranty if the issue you're going in with has nothing to do with the CAI (or the CAI has nothing to do with the issue.) For example, Ford can't say that the CAI broke your instrument cluster if it isn't true, and henseforth having you pay. It won't void any engine warranty unless it's the cause. Now, that being said, you can avoid all the hassle and worry in case you do need to take it in under warranty by simply swapping out the CAI for the stock air box before you take it to the dealer. If you put a tune in with it, you can just revert it back to stock using your tuner. BE SURE TO DO THIS.
Second answer: As far as I know and remember, C&Ls are actually the only true tuneless CAIs on the market for our 4.0Ls (please correct me if I'm wrong.) I would HIGHLY advise getting a tuner if you go with anything else or else your car will be running too lean, in which case you will ruin some components inside the engine if you do it for too long.
Then again, which CAI to get is different as per different people's opinions.
