Default v6 engine, gt performance?

A stock GT does 0-60 in about 5 seconds and the quarter mile in the mid to upper 13's. My question is, is it possible to get the 4.0L v6 stangs to get those types of performance numbers without NOS or being blown(i.e.Turbo/ Superchargers)?

On another forum, I read about a non-aspirated, full bolt-on 4.0 in the 13.8-13.9 range. I think the reason most do not go that route is cost. For similar costs, you can achieve better numbers with a supercharger or turbocharger.

The other factor is availability of parts. There aren't many heads and cam options for us at this point.
