Huh? Boost is controlled by the tune and no, my X is almost always in boost. 5-6 psi for cal spec and I think 10psi for the hi-po.

On a supercharger the boost is actually controlled by the size of the pulley that is being spun.

i have the hipo kit and sometimes at wot the boost gauge reads 0 and the car is slow
