My 06 v6 mustang is almost all stock. I recently put on true duals with magnaflow and a 2 1/2 in pipes. I got exactly what I want, but I know i can get more performance with the right headers. I have never installed them or even know what kind of headers are good ones and what is bad. Can anyone help me????

 

dont get headers unless you get fi and then only get longtubes
get a cai and tune before you get headers

 

+1. Dont waste your money on shorty headers. Look at the stock manifolds; one of them is practically a shorty header already! The other not so much, but kind of.

Most definitely get a cai/tune now that you have duals. You will get much more HP with the cai/tune then from headers and alot easier to install too. Probadly a 1/2 hour for the whole job. Reflash takes minutes. You will really be surprised at how good your V6 Mustang will run. VMP & bama are a good place to look.
