Default u7140 tuner, help needed

So i got the Diablo Sport u7140 a few days ago, running 93 octane high performance tune. Have a couple of questions:
1.) i cannot find the shift firmness setting anywhere.

2.) does anyone know best shift points for automatic 4.0s? (or can anyone suggest some that work well)

3.) i set my drive idle rpms to 1048 (can't remember it exactly) and my neutral rpms to 898, yet my car idles in neutral at 1000+ and while in drive ~900, what gives? its all backwards.

Any suggestions will be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Why are you messing with those settings? Just curious. Didn't your tune come with all of that adjusted?

Ok ill give you the story. At stock idle my car has horrible vibrations, and when i turn on the AC, its even worse, after checking engine and transmission mounts, Ford blamed it on my dual exhaust, and sent me to a shop that they recommended, the muffler shop looked at it, felt the vibrations, and told me they are clueless because the exhaust is perfectly fine. They started to blame it on my, guess what......engine and transmission mounts. After checking them they told me they are fine and i have a ghost problem. Great huh. So far the only thing that was able to stop the vibrations is the idle adjustments.

No one till this day could pin point the location of my problem, not even people with the same setup, gt h pipe, and gt takeoffs. Adjusting the idle rpms, was my my only option.

As far as shifting goes, i always wanted firmer shifts, i just cant find the option.

Just as a shot in the dark, I'd reload the stock tune and disconnect the negative battery terminal for 20 min. It honestly may be something stupid with the ECU. Disconnecting it will reset it and it will re-learn what it needs to about the cars performance and may stop that rough idle for ya.

May not help at all but worth a try anyways. Also if you post this in the tuning section, Mike from Diablo could probably answer your question best...He seems to check that section often.

I didn't think the shift points were user-adjustable, regardless if it's Diablo or SCT. As far as adjusting the RPM's because of the vibration, I'd say that's just a bandaid and doesn't solve the problem. I'd try to determine if the plugs are all firing correctly and the injectors are doing their thing properly. +1 on reverting back to stock also to eliminate if it's the tune.

I have the manual and the "mustang adjustable parameters" are saying i can adjust the shift firmness, but i cant find it in the tuner, where the manual is telling me to look, although after playing around with it, i found that there is a tune on the predator called "firm shifts", the description says it is a 93 high performance tune with aggressive shifts, im assuming Diablo took out this option from other tunes, and made a tune specifically for it......maybe.....if nothing else i will just call Diablo support and find out.

Also i found this while searching around on the internet, http://www.diablosport.com/index.php...=11607&start=0 , in addition to the updated tunes listed there i have "K&N Firm shifting" and "Firm shifting" tunes.
