Squat Bracket?
#2
I think what you are referring to is the LCA relocation bracket, which is sometimes referred to as an "anti-squat" bracket.
It is used to change the angle of the LCA so that the bottom is not pointed up, which is a bigger problem on lowered cars. You want the LCA to be parallel to the ground or lower in the rear to get the most traction off the line. If it is angled up, then you the power actually pushes the rear end up so you get less traction.
I use the UMI bracket in my set up. I can't find any installed pictures right now but this links you to the bracket and a picture of it. I'm sure that someone has a picture of their's installed.
