Headers, worth it?

I would kill for that nice lumpy idle of the stage 3s with cams, LOVE that sound! if I end up spending that much Im goind stage 3s.

Hi OP. I'm resurrecting this old thread cause there's a gazillion about the same thing here. Yes, they did provide a noticeable increase in throttle response and acceleration which I was convinced would NOT happen.

I got them mainly for the appearance and weight savings; tone as well. So the performance gains were completely unexpected but welcome

BTW I got my for $314 at LateModelResto. I'd rather pay $314 for headers made in the USA by workers feeding their families on our shores than $100 for Chinese knockoffs. Supporting them is the reason our jobs are leaving here to begin with. Go MADE IN THE USA.

Just me. Just sayin.

BTW, I weighed both sets and the stock iron headers were ~ 10lbs each. The JBA's were half that at ~5lbs each.
