Yes and no.

The CAI is only good with a GOOD tune and the FRPP tune is less aggressive than AM's own tunes with an SCT tuner. Also, there's nothing besides the tune in the FRPP Power Pack that's adds power EXCEPT the tune. In other words, the drop in air filter (which is useless since you're buying the CAI) is useless, the oil filter doesn't gain squat nor do the axlebacks.

You'll get more power just from buying one of AM's CAI & tune combos with THEIR tunes for about 1/2 the price.

^^ what he said.

I'd go with a CAI/Tune combo from AM before anything else

Thanks for the fast reply, I understood the FRPP Power Pack was not going to up my HP; was getting it more for sound and looks, I seen the combo pack and thought it was the way to go. but the tuner I did not know was going to be "less aggressive". what would you suggest I do?

There's all different types of tunes and they vary between who writes them. American Muscle/Bama and Brenspeed are some of the best

Did he do well. That's the question.

Good grammer is key.

Get a CAI/Tuner package from AM or Brenspeed. Then worry about what exhaust you want.

^^ These guys are all right. Get the CAI + Tunes combo. If youve already ordered, just tell AM that you xcrewed up and you really want these:

http://www.americanmuscle.com/jlt-sct-kit-10v6.html
http://www.americanmuscle.com/ford-v...aust-2010.html

Or, since the combo is only $100 more, you could probably get some $$$ for the air filter and frpp tuner on Ebay. Save the oil filter for your first 5k service.

Now, the question becomes, what do you want??? Looks? Talk to the lurkers in the appearance section. Speed? Youre in the right place. Handling? Call Sam Strano

My personal words of advice- I almost ALWAYS ask about a mod and its supplier on the forum before I place an order. Im just careful like that. Secondly, I got into modding after a bad accident where I had to replace my front end. If I had been smarter, I would have got the GT/CS fromt bumper cover and the Bullitt grille. Thats water under the bridge now, but I DID get a Cervinis type iv hood. I love it, and get compliments on it everywhere. IMO, our hoods are really too plain, and you have to get comething custom to really set your car apart. Other stuff just doesnt get as far. No, you dont get any benefit from Ram Air, but venting the engine bay can help keep temps down.

In the dual exhaust, thats primarily an appearance and sound mod. That said, if you go FI, you may notice some small gains

As far as exhaust is concerned, there are a lot of choices; both single and dual; for you to chose from. Just be aware that any exhaust work will improve (or destroy) your exhaust note and provides little to no power gain. Any time someone ponders that power pack, I shudder. You can do better for a lot less.
