check engine temp. gauge
Once I get the old one off, I'm gonna change out the housing out also. Then I'm going to take and make a cad drawing of if, and check, and see how long it would take me to make one. I have Bridgeports, lathes, and almost every machine shop tool known to man. It wouldn't. be worth having it cast. So I'll take a aluminum block and make one. If I can do it cheap enough, I'll let everyone know. After i make the first one and try it, I'll let everyone know. Cut out of a block will not be cheap.

Well thanks everyone that gave me the guidance and insight as to what needed to be done. I changed the housing(top,& Bottom), thermostat, temp. sensor, & small bypass hoses. Took my OBDII and reset the check engine light. AND ALL IS RIGHT NOW. Car heats up a WHOLE lot better now.
Next I mentioned that I was going to check on the possibility of making the housings out of aluminum. I've the equipment to make them, BUT, I worked it out, and it would be to cost prohibitive to make these. I'm going to make one in my spare time, and I figure it will still take a ton of hours to build. Someone needs to set a casting of these to parts, and then just do the machining, and polishing of the critical areas. I don't have that kind of time.
THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME.
