Does this mean I need to replace the sprag?
The sprag come out… 6 fell out when I removed the low reverse drum. They click back in, but will fall out when shaken.
Once installed, will they stay in place as part of normal operation ? Low reverse drum assembly A view from the bottom. I call these “sprags” Not sure if they’re called something else. Inserting fallen sprag back in place.
Since no one responded, I'll leave an update in case anyone needs to know. I went ahead and replaced the low reverse drum assembly. It was cheaper to buy it that way than to just get the sprag.
