Well I know nothing about autos, so I will help where I can.

I have used both Diablo and SCT and prefer SCT. I like the C&L plenum and BBK 75mm TB. As far as the tune, a dyno tune is the way to go. I believe the rear ends on the 95 and 01 are the same (8.8 live axle). Finally in regards to headers, I have MAC LT's...BBK also makes good LT's. If $$ is no object the best headers are Kook's or JBA's. Hope this helps.

My 2C
Get LCA's I have steeda's. Lower control arms it's a do your self that will plant the back end.
Accufab upper plennyum and 75mm t-body is good for 11 hp
you can now get after market COP's and or just the tips with 0 resistance and 10,000 more volts I got just the tips because i am NA
Steeda UDP's need impact gun and pulley to change.
Hooker long tube's will allow you to pull your tansmission with out pulling the headers.
Put the car on a diet.
Steeda G-track and bump stear kit, or another co's

that's not a bad start.
