Default clutch time?

i am looking a replaceing my clutch soon. i plan on getting a new motor this summer to make some huge hp numbers and also F/I of some type. i think i want to get a stage 2 clutch, but im not sure. do yall have any yall like the best or might know somthing that would work for what i wanna do? also should i get a new fly at the same time, and what do brands and/or combos do yall like the best.
