How low is my car?

How low is my car?
I bought my car about a month ago. It was lowered when I got it and i'm not sure how low it is. Is there a way i can measure to see how much it has been lowered. It has 245/45/17 if that helps any. By the way, it doesn't ride that smooth and you have to take inclines at a angle. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks
