Default Something to ponder...

I was unable to sleep tonight, so I have been all over the net reading anything and everything, and did you guys ever notice this on the Kenne-Bell site:

http://www.kennebell.net/supercharge...99-04_2200.htm

"Our 1.7L 9 psi kit is unquestionably the Number One 4.6 Mustang GT street kit. It increases power a whopping 65% or 160HP. For those GT owners who want even more, there's the BLOWZILLA 2.2L kit. This is a serious competition-street kit that utilizes the same infamous Kenne Bell Twin Screw BLOWZILLA supercharger and hi-flo inlet system as the ultra powerful '03-'04 Cobras. A stock '99-'04 Mustang produces 245RWHP. The BLOWZILLA 2200 (2.2L) kit will support over 700HP with a fully modified 4.6 GT. "

Wishful thinking?

I dunno but when i see **** like that it automatically makes me question the numbers the company says their S/C produces on a "stock" car. I would guess by stock they meant unopened heads... Maybe they added exhaust and intake mods to help the S/C flow better

There was probably at least 1 mustang gt that dynoed 245 rwhp stock. It could be on a diff dyno or sae corrected, blah blah blah. Lots of factors can affect that number.

This dyno stuff confuses me all the time. Who to believe? I looked into my wife's Bullitt stock RWHP on the net, I found two guys that dynoed them in '01, one came out with 239.8, one 236.7. So what is a stock GT? 230? 240? The MMFF magazine said the stock GT was higher than a Bullitt. You figure it out, I sure can't. I wonder what I've got with the bolt ons, 275 RWHP? Its got it all over our Bullitt now.
