Default Question about strut tower brace's

OK, from all the pictures I've seen, the strut tower brace must involve drilling holes in the strut tower's to put bolts in. Does anyone make one that bolts on without drilling holes? I know on the old ones, they bolted on using the existing bolts, is this design available for the late model stangs? Thanks.

I think I know what you are asking, and the answer is no. You have to drill in all 99-04. Back in the day with the older sn95s I believe there were pre drilled holes. Then Ford stopped making holes and just had indentions in the strut tower for positioning and tapping/drilling for an aftermarket brace.

However, in theory, you could get a metal shop weld you one in, but that would be stupid if you ever needed to pull the lower intake or even pull the engine.

Thanks, that sux, I don't like drilling holes in my car,,,,, Why doesn't someone make one that bolts to the top of the strut mounts? there are four nice preexisting bolts right there.
