when i turn my wheel all the way to the left or right it makes a popping sound and its really hard to turn. anyone have any ideas?

I need a bit more detail, does it pop all along the way or does it pop just at the ends? Sounds like a rack/pinion problem or a ball joint problem

just near the ends of both directions and i checked the power stiring fluid and its all good
