a friend of mine is selling me a supercharger of a 03 cobra , i have a 96 gt , do i need a cobra intake maniflod in order to put the s/c,???????????????????????????

you need a DOHC engine for it to work- and then about 75 other minor pieces for it to all work. I'd look into the prochargers/vortechs for your application.
