Default help with codes please

hey guys, finally had time to get my car scanned today and these came up: P0430, P0340 and P0316.
I know P0430 has to do with the fact that i don't have any cats so i'm not worried about that right now, but whats up with the other two? The car runs terribly,it's really low on power, it bucks during light throttle and hesittates when i gun it. i already serviced it, so what are the other two codes about? thanks

this will help

linkie

after lookin at the codes on that post i dont see your codes so it may not help afterall

PO340 is ALOT of crap actually but seems to deal alot with the CMP(Camshaft Position Sensor)

Possible causes:

CMP Circuit Open or shorted to ground or power
SIG RTN Circuit Open(variable Reluctance Type CMP Sensor)
CMP GND Circuit Open(Hall Effect Type CMP Sensor)
CMP Incorrectly Installed(all effect type cmp sensor)
Faulty CMP Sensor Or Shielding
Faulty PCM

P0316 check for adaptive Fuel monitor&H02s Continuous Module Memory DTC's seems it has to due with O2 sensors and monitoring of the fuel perhaps

hope this helps alil

yea that helps a bit, I might just get a new camshaft position sensor and see if it clears up. the guy at NAPA told me P0316 has something to do with the evap system and the gas cap not being on tight but the gas cap is fine so i don't know

Wait a second, I thought P0316 was a random misfire code?

Do you have any other mods?

nope no other mods, just exhaust. i thought it would at least throw a code that pinpoints the misfire along with the random misfire code

Have you tried to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes to clear the ECM? Later models and be very sensitive. I had somewhat similar problems with the timing adjuster after install. 20 minutes and everything is great.

The cam position sensor is located behind the power steering reservoir
