Default SCT handheld Tuner

ok if i was to trade my diablosport predator tuner for a SCT xcal.... would the performance tune work on my car? i know they ask for your computer code when you order it... so if i trade i will get a handheld with someone elses computer code for a 2001 mustang gt!!?

no one has done this? will the tune pretty much be the same since he didnt have any mods? im sure its just a canned tune

I would not trust anything from SCT.Been having lot of problems.

Like i said in another SCT thread, I've got nothing but good reports from my SCT. Has worked like a charm for my setup. But, if you're going to trade, it wont work with your car. They are vin-locked. If you were to sell your diablo somehow, dont know if those are locked like the SCTs, then buy an SCT it would work fine.
