Default SOHC CONVERSION?

I have a 96 Mustang GT and i was wondering if i can convert the SOHC engine into a DOHC engine. Is that possible. And if it is what things do you replace?

It requires way to much to convert. It is cheaper to just buy a dohc and make the neccesary changes to the wiring harness.
