Well I just bought my first New Edge mustang. A 1999 GT. Its really nice and the only mods I am going to do are exhaust (If it doesn't have any), pulley's and a 75 shot of dry. But what can I do for it visually? I am taking the white stripes off of it and getting diff wheels.

I disagree. It doesn't go well with Red/Black/white. If he gets rid of the white stripes it will look excellent. My 96 GT has smoked head-lights and It looks beautiful. Get some chrome/silver rims...it sets off the red VERY well.

Also, you could get a Mach 1 Shaker system or just a 02+ Hood.
Lower it so it doesn't look like a 4x4.
Get a chin-spoiler.

 

First of all, i'd change the white lettering in the bumper to black lettering.

i like the wheels and if it were me, i'd wait till everything else visual is close to done. Then get rims based on the new look.
i also thing clear foglights and stock headlights would be a sweet combo, if not, get the foglights tinted like the headlights

 

Also, for the interior, bullitt pedals and those inserts for the door sills.

 

03/04 Cobra hood. I love that color too...
