hello, for some reason my cruise control is not working on my 01 GT. I tried all the fuses that mentioned speed control in the manual. Do you guys think its a fuse that is missing or what can it be causing my cruise control to not work. Any input would greatly be appreciated, thanx

 

i have the same problem on my 86 5.0 i beleave it is a wiring issue in the colume. Trhe wires sometime slip out alittle and lose contact.

 

hmm...I wonder if thats my problem. Does anybody else have any sugestions, or where is the cruise control servo

 

i have the same thing wrong in my 01 gt,and when i went to do the diagnostic it listed it,so i dont know whats up with it, i cleared it and now it works,it makes no sence.

 

hmmm, i still cant figure it out, anybody else have any suggestions.

 

Weird... my 01 also did it a couple times... but then someone showed me my brakelights were turned on... come to find out... a wire above the pedals was kinked and it was telling the car the brakes were on so the cruise wouldnt work... prolly not whats wrong with yours though...

 

maybe the wire is just unplugged..thats what happened to my other car

 

hmm my break lights dont appear to be on, at night when i back in the garage i see the red glow when i press on the breaks...Any other suggestions?

 

somethings glitchin... lol, i have no clue.

 

does it have somthing to do with a vacum hose? i have the same problem in mine
