I am having some "pinging" issues with my 03 GT and want to rule out the EGR valve. Any suggestions what I can do? For example, how do you guys go about cleaning the EGR?

 

im gonna clean mine by taking it off putting a plate over it, and blocking/taking out all the emissions tubes running around that sad compartment.... that way it will always be clean! hahahhah im tuning it for this of course, otherwise youd run bad with a CEL

im just kidding, take it off, then clean it with some laquer thinner, or carb cleaner....it will get some of the black outa there
