how hard is it and what all is involed to put headers on my 2004 mach 1.. what do i have to do to put them on

I tell everyone around here it is not that hard. I have a write up of how a guy did it on his Bullit stang. But yours will be a little bit different. Sme concept, bolts just might be in a couple differentplaces though.

If you are putting in shorties (which I don't recommend) then you will only need to loosen the motor mounts and tilt the engine to access the manifolds to take them off and putthe shorties on. SHorties are not worth it IMO. If you do LT's and run into any problems just feel free to PM me, or just ask any questions you have after reading the right up in this post. Good Luck bud.

 

By the way, if you are doing LT's wxpect it to take at least 14 hours of your time. MAybe 10-12 if you have a budyd helping.
