Default NEED TRACTION

I need help in the traction department. Getting ready to go to the track and I've been praticing launching the car off the line. The problem is that the car just wants to spin first three gears before catching. I've trying to feather the clutch but not helping. Minus street slicks what are the best springs and control arms on the market to help the situation. I currently have nitto 555 285-45-17 tires.

um i think steeda has some drag springs that are pretty nice. they ride terrivle but if it helps you hook then i doesnt matter. i have a very similar set-up as you but i have n20 instead of boost. you should prob go with a wider tire too and whats your beef with drag radials????

Okay, so at first I didn't look at your sig, and I was like what is this idiot doing that he is spinning through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with 285's on the rear. THen, my dumb a** looked at your sig and some some vey sexy items on there and realized I was an idiot. So first off, let me say you have an awesome list of mods bro. Now, for control arms, I like my Granatelli Upper and Lower CA's which you can find on ebay for somewhere around $155 shipped, or online for like $165 shipped (but I dont know where online though, someone around here has a link for some at a cheap price). I think they are good and I ahve never heard bad things about them. I don't know how well they will help with your launch since you are FI and I am a lil' old N/A. But, it can't hurt at all.

From my understanding, the only springs that wil really help out your situation is drag springs. Any other afetrmarket spring is stiffer and shorter than the stock spring which will allow for less weight transfer to the rear during launch which will actually hurt you launch. So, I would either stick with the stockers and a nice set of conrtol arms, maybe even step up to adjustable CA's (but they get complex trying to figure out exactly where to set them for optimum launch, I would just stick with the Granatellis), or get drag springs. I know the Eibach's are good.
