I have SLP LMII's right now and want to get a mid-pipe, i am looking to get some power gains...I like my LMII's and was thinking about getting the o/r x they have but don't know if they put out larger gains than the other brands....i've only heard one vid. of this set up...I want it to be louder than it is right now...Just don't know if the SLP is worth the $340 or not...when i could just get a Mac o/r H-pipe and get the same gains for 170 or so....but i don't know what that would make my car sound like i have never heard a Mac o/r H with SLP's or any car for that matter....any feedback would be greatly appreciated (sorry for the exhaust ? I know everyone asks about them, but I just don't wanna get something that I won't like...specially spending 300 some dollars for it haha...)

I have been looking at the SLP X pipe as well. I have been looking at the catted version but the reason SLP is more expensive is it's stainless steel. If you just want a o/r x and you don't live in the north get the Mac o/r x. It is cheaper and if it don't snow in your area you won't have to worry about it rusting.

are you getting longtube headers later down the road? if you are its cool if you get the slp soo when you get your headers you dont have to buy a new midpipe. but if you get that x you need to buy slp's 700+ headers. also since when did mac start making x pipes? i dotn hink they do. i have a vid of my setup (lt's, o/r h, lmll's)

nope thats wrong. you can get bbk headers and a shorty midpipe for under what slp just sells for they lt headers without the midpipe. it will be cheaper to get everything at once.

I'm not saying its going to be cheaper then BBK. However, if he wanted to go with SLP (it sounded like he wanted to) he doesnt have to buy everything at once. With BBK you will have to save up for the midpipe and the LTs and put them on together.
